个人简介
陈匡时多年来致力于活细胞RNA、DNA、蛋白质原位可视化技术的开发及生物学应用。2013年4月加入威斯尼斯人615CC棋牌后以通讯作者身份建立了可实时监测单一RNA与单基因位点动态行为的单分子RNA/DNA活细胞原位可视化技术(Live-FISH)平台,发现了microRNA能够与HIV-1和MLV病毒的结构蛋白Gag互作并干扰影响病毒颗粒的组装,并通过超分辨率荧光显微镜解析了HIV-1病毒蛋白Gag在病毒组装中与病毒RNA以及宿主细胞蛋白质的互作模式。受邀在 Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Science Bulletin,iScience等期刊发表RNA、DNA或蛋白检测的综述。
